Conveyor Idlers:
A completely new range of Conveyor Idlers available as complete units with transoms ready for installation or as individual made to measure rollers with various shaft options to replace your existing rollers.
All our rollers are produced using the latest technology to ensure consistent high quality at low cost with short delivery times. Rollers are fabricated from steel tubes with fully welded pressed steel bearing housings. Precision shafts complete with bearings and seals are fitted as standard to any length, diameter and shaft configuration. |

Conveyor Pulleys:
We offer a wide range of drums, manufactured to the highest standards to suit all requirements at very competitive prices with prompt and efficient delivery. All our main product lines can be manufactured to your specific dimensions and specifications.
All bodies are continuously welded using the MMA process for higher strength and durability. EN8 bright drawn shafts are fitted as standard and virtually any type of drum can be supplied. From stock we can deliver to site within 24 hours. Our made to measure service normally only takes 3 days from receiving your instructions. On-site repair service is also available. |

Conveyor Belts:
Our Conveyor Belts are supplied from stock and include an on-site Nationwide coverage repair service. The EP Conveyor Belt consists of a synthetic woven fabric utilising a polyester fibre for warp and a polymid nylon for weft and has the following specific features:- Less Belt Stretch / Greater Resistance to the effects of Moisture and Water / Temperature Resilient / Excellent Toughness / Excellent Resistance to Impact / Excellent Resistance to Chemicals / Mildew-Free and Rot-Free.
We can also produce Special Purpose Conveyor Belts such as the "Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt", the " Oli Resistant Conveyor Belt", the " Side Wall Conveyor Belt" and the "Rough Top Conveyor Belt". |
