Between October 24 and June 25, We delivered a 646m conveyor system in three phases — from groundwork to full installation — culminating in a fully galvanised, British-standard system moving 300 TPH.
For a client in Sand & Gravel Treatment Plant in Mansfield.

Phase 3
Hopper install, final works on CV1 CV3 & tying the project together.
We visited the site last week for the long awaited Visit number 3! The weather was spot on, there had been no rainfall for weeks and the ground was dry & the wind still.This visit was intended to capture the project in its completed state with material flowing!
AMH designed, manufactured, and installed a fully galvanised conveyor system handling 300 TPH of sand and gravel — including a 76m extension, a relocated dump hopper and link conveyor, a 115m conveyor on existing groundworks, and two new ground conveyors totalling 455m with advanced safety and wear protection features. All systems include pull wire safety, wind hoops, Wimag 3000 winches, Hardox-lined feedboots, and impact beds, built to British standards.

Phase 2
Hopper relocation, Preliminary works on CV1 and Tracks for CV3
We visited the site yesterday Dec 3 for a project update. The focus at this stage having completed on civil groundworks for CV1 and excavation for the 40 ton dump hopper relocation is preparing the site for hopper install, the site team have been out in full force working diligently to lay the foundations for a successful & safe install of the hopper that will feed into CV1 as the next stage of development.
In addition to CV1 and Hopper groundworks, we have laid the tracks for CV3 that will feed off CV2 field conveyer that was installed in Phase 1.

CV1 - CV2 Link Overview
Showcasing the start of CV2 with feed boot and impact bed, this feeds the 115 metre field conveyor through the first of two culverts in this three conveyor install. The project will stretch across the site 570 metres and include a 40 ton hopper relocation including all civils.
We will keep this project updated as we move through the phases over the coming months!

CV2 Overview
These aerials showcase the CV2 field conveyer, drive loop & feed boot / tail with impact bed ready for expansion into CV3 due to be undertaken within a few weeks.
CV2 is part of our multi phase rollout of installations for a treatment plant at a local Sand and Gravel company. CV2 is the first installation of a three conveyor system running through two culverts along the whole site plus a 40 ton dump hopper relocation.

Install Overview
First installation of a three conveyor system running through two culverts along the whole site plus a 40 ton dump hopper relocation to facilitate the extension of the quarry and feed to the treatment plant at a local Sand and Gravel company.
These Aerials show excavation works in preparation for CV1 and hopper relocation linking up with CV2 Tail & field conveyer coming through a culvert under the road ending with CV3 tail & showcasing the CV3 installation area with works anticipated soon.
